We offer a 90-day return and refund policy. If your item arrives damaged, we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, or if you change your mind or wish to return an unwanted gift, simply return it within 90 days for a full refund, including shipping*.
For personalised items, we offer a partial refund of 50% within 90 days. This is because personalized items are custom-made and cannot be reused or restocked. Refunds will be processed to the original purchaser's payment method. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
